1980s Snow Queen Dress

You’ll shimmer in this tiered ombré silky fringe cocktail dress. There’s extra long white fringe that hangs from the neckline then four rows of cream fringe that hang from the rest of the dress. Zips down the back and the skirt portion is lined. The high neck with bare shoulders adds a hint of sexiness.
